Terms and Conditions of Gift Tickets to The True CRIME Museum are as follows:
When purchasing, you must select either ‘Family Gift Ticket’ or ‘2 x Adult Gift Ticket’.
When purchasing, you must select either ‘Postage and Packaging’ (this will incur a £2.00 charge) or collection. If you select collection, please ensure you collect your ticket from The True CRIME Museum’s reception desk within their opening hours. A ‘Family Gift Ticket’ allows entry for 2 x Adults (aged 17 and over) and 2 x Children (aged 5 – 16).
A ‘2 x Adult Gift Ticket’ allows entry for 2 x Adults (aged 17 and over).
Gift Tickets will be posted to the address given at 1st class the next working day after your purchase.
When purchasing tickets on the website for Christmas please ensure that you order 3 days prior to last posting as listed here (https://www.royalmail.com/christmas/last-posting-dates/) to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
Tickets can still be purchased at the reception desk of The True CRIME Museum up to 23rd December.
This item can only be posted to the United Kingdom, any purchases from outside of the UK will not be sent.
The True CRIME Museum cannot control or guarantee delivery of your Gift Tickets on or before a specific date and cannot accept responsibility for late delivery by the Royal Mail.
